SEASONAL BEHAVIOUR
Arrives late March and leaves in September.

COMMENTS
Its powerful, varied and tuneful song is reckoned to be one of the best in the Iberian peninsula. Sings day and night at the start of the song season, gradually winding down to little more than its frog-like contact call by the end.
